Obtained from the infusion of Nettle leaves in grappa from selected Trentino pomace. Nettle is a wild plant from the Urticaceae family. It is harvested in spring, when the plant is still young, on Mount Stivo in Trentino. On the same day, the Nettle is washed, selected, and bottled. The herbaceous and slightly pungent flavor gives the Grappa a distinct personality.
