Pursuant to Article 59(1)(e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bottles that have been opened after delivery, as these are goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before returning the products, which must be returned intact, sealed and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Should the bottles arrive damaged due to transport, the customer is entitled to a refund or a replacement product, regardless of the withdrawal period.
