Description
Obtained from the infusion of Gentian root in selected Trentino pomace grappa. Gentian is a plant of the Gentianaceae family and is harvested in late autumn and spring, from the Monte Baldo reserve in Trentino, by our distillery. The root gives the Grappa a dry and aromatic flavour.
