Obtained from the infusion of Woodruff plant in selected Trentino pomace Grappa. Woodruff is a perennial herbaceous plant that is harvested in June and July before flowering in the woods of Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone, directly by our distillery. Woodruff gives the Grappa a delicate and fresh taste.
