Grappa obtained from Trentino white grape pomace, Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau. Distillation takes place slowly using the bain-marie method to preserve all the aromatic substances of the grape varieties. With the skillful combination of these two varieties, we obtain "Delicata," a grappa with a typically herbaceous aroma, a soft, fresh, and particularly elegant structure.
