Limited edition grappa, with a complex aroma and decisive structure that highlight the work of selecting the pomace combined with the slow and patient maturation of the Grappa. The taste is rich, enveloping and long-lasting. Made from red pomace of native Trentino grape varieties, such as Teroldego Rotaliano and Marzemino, after delicate pressing, they are distilled in a bain-marie. The resulting Grappa rests for 10 years in small oak barrels, to obtain a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas.
