Obtained from the infusion of Woodruff plant, Gentian root and Juniper berries in selected Trentino pomace grappa, the plants and roots are personally collected from the mountains surrounding Vallagarina. On the same day of harvesting, they are selected, cleaned, washed, and bottled in Grappa, so as to keep them fresh and unaltered.
