Obtained from the infusion of Juniper berries in selected Trentino pomace Grappa. Juniper is a plant of the Conifer family that gives Grappa an aromatic and persistent taste. The berries are harvested in the summer and autumn months in Vallagarina (Trentino), directly by our distillery.
