Grappa Stravecchia is emblematic of the culture, care, and art of distilling. It is obtained by bain-marie distillation of red and white pomace. It ages in small cherry, ash, oak, and black locust barrels, each of which contributes its own characteristics of scent, aroma, color, and flavor. The aging time follows nature's rhythms: 18 months pass from moon to moon, and the color reaches a warm amber hue.
