Grappa obtained from white Trentino pomace, Gewürztraminer and Moscato grapes. Distillation takes place slowly using a bain-marie method to preserve all the aromatic substances of the grape varieties. By skilfully combining these two varieties, we obtain "Aromatica", a grappa with an intensely aromatic, floral scent, with citrus notes, and a harmonious and velvety structure.
